Many of our citizens are engaging the Embassy and the consulates for consular assistance, especially with passports and I-94. Our limited staff across our 4 offices are overwhelmed with in-person visits, emails, phone calls, and Facebook inbox support. The numbers of consular services provided for the past week are staggering and unprecedented.
To alleviate the workload specific to I-94, we are releasing the attached Advisory bulletin on simple steps to get yours online. Please utilize the bulletin and don’t hesitate to contact any of our offices if you need help.
We note citizens’ call for improved services, which we hope this advisory can help citizens with the retrieval process of I-94s online. Big thank you to our community leaders and citizens advocacy groups across the United States, who continued to support us and support our citizens during these seemingly stormy seas.
As always, please don’t hesitate to call any of our offices if you need our assistance.
