PALIKIR, April 20th 2021 (FSMIS)—On April 19th, 2021, His Excellency David W. Panuelo—President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM)—received the Honorable Alexander Narruhn, the newly elected Governor of the FSM State of Chuuk, in a courtesy call. Topics of discussion ranged from the Nation’s handling of the COVID-19 Pandemic to Chuuk State’s development goals for the next several years. President Panuelo re-emphasized the FSM National Government’s commitment to providing support to the Nation’s States, and encouraged Governor Narruhn to never hesitate in reaching out for advice or assistance.
